The necessary documents, schedules and timeframes, and all the guidance you need to the ultimate goal, the closing table.

Sellers: Everything from pulling comparables and market data for the initial home valuation, listing your home through the MLS and multiple public websites, scheduling photography, yard sign, offer breakdown assistance, and guidance through every stage of the escrow process after offer acceptance all the way to the closing table. All for only $795 total! While SBY takes pride in offering everything you need up front for your real estate goals, there are optional professional home valuation and real estate consultations also available on an as needed basis for an additional hourly cost.

Buyers: Everything from searching the entire real estate market through the MLS, contact information to schedule showings, pulling comparables and market data to establish home valuation for offers, guidance through every stage of the escrow process after offer acceptance all the way to the closing table and the keys to your new home! All for no cost to the buyer! SBY does not charge anything to the sellers for your assistance in your real estate goals to maximize your offering power saving you and the seller thousands. While SBY takes pride in offering everything you need up front for your real estate goals, optional real estate consultations are also available on an as needed basis for an additional hourly cost.
